BIOGRAPHY
Sarah R. Daley focuses her practice on defending businesses and insurers in bad faith litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and products liability. She is experienced in litigating complex matters in Georgia state and federal courts at the trial and appellate level.
Sarah served as a law clerk for two federal district court judges. Through her clerkships, Sarah developed a keen eye for how trial court judges and their staff will review and analyze cases and what information the court finds helpful at a given time. She utilizes this perspective to develop defense strategies based on the details of each case.
Sarah earned her J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law. Prior, she received her M.S. from University of Alabama and her undergraduate degree from University of Southern Mississippi. She is a member of the state bars of Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi.
