BIOGRAPHY
Sally Hayden is an associate attorney at Marsh Atkinson & Brantley, where she focuses her practice on automobile litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, subrogation, contract disputes, and trucking litigation.
Before beginning her legal career, Sally worked as a social worker for five years in both Georgia and Southeast Asia. This experience has given her a deep sense of empathy and a client-centered approach to legal advocacy. She is known for being a compassionate counselor and a dedicated advocate, committed to keeping her clients informed and empowered throughout the litigation process.
Sally earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as president of the Mock Trial Team and worked with the Georgia State Immigration Law Clinic. She holds a B.S.W. from the University of Georgia.
Outside the office, Sally enjoys spending time with her young daughter, husband, and chocolate lab. She’s an avid reader and also enjoys hiking, drawing, and spending time with friends.
