Negin K. Portivent defends clients in a wide range of matters in both state and federal courts, including automobile/trucking litigation, premises liability, professional malpractice, and products liability. She represents individuals, family-owned businesses, as well as national and international retailers and companies, allowing her insight to meet each client's specific needs before and throughout the litigation process.

As she guides clients through litigation,  Negin recognizes the importance of careful attention to detail and analysis of each case's unique facts and challenges to move disputes towards an efficient resolution. To this end, she prioritizes relationship building and communication with clients and opposing counsel, even in high stakes high stress matters, to achieve results that are aligned with her client's objectives. 

Negin earned her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Georgia.
