BIOGRAPHY
Matthew Morris is an associate attorney at Marsh Atkinson & Brantley, where he focuses his practice on premises liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, automobile litigation, commercial litigation, products liability, and trucking litigation.
In his practice, Matthew prioritizes building a foundation with his clients based on direct and open communication, strong attention to detail with all case information, and a commitment to following through all cases until he meets the most optimal outcome.
Matthew earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. While in law school, Matthew served as the Managing Editor for the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy. He received his B.A. from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining the firm, Matthew worked in Knoxville, where he defended national insurance carriers and business entities in disputes pertaining to automobile, premises liability, and workers’ compensation claims.
In his free time, Matthew enjoys listening to live music, spending time with his wife and rescue dog, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.
