Maia Semmes is an associate attorney at Marsh Atkinson & Brantley, where she focuses her practice on automobile litigation, construction law, trucking litigation, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death matters.

Before joining MAB, Maia earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Maia worked at the public defender's office, the UGA Law Veteran's clinic and externed at Riverside Health System.   Prior to law school, Maia was a track athlete at Widener University, where she honed her work ethic and competitive drive, qualities she carries into her legal practice today.

Maia is dedicated to providing strategic, effective legal representation to clients facing complex and challenging cases. She values clear communication and is committed to understanding each client’s unique needs and concerns, ensuring that every case receives the attention it deserves.

Maia earned her B.A. from Widener University.
