BIOGRAPHY
Graham W. Davis is Counsel for Marsh Atkinson & Brantley. He focuses his practice on defending individuals and companies in matters primarily pertaining to automobile litigation, as well as premises and professional liability.
Prior to joining Marsh Atkinson & Brantley, Graham worked with a large Atlanta defense firm. He has also practiced with a smaller defense firm and as in-house counsel for an insurance company, giving him a great deal of experience in his practice areas. Graham also previously interned with Federal Magistrate Judge Thomas Q. Langstaff with the Middle District of Georgia and Chief Judge Gail S. Tusan with the Fulton County Superior Court. He has served as lead counsel in two jury trials in the Atlanta metro area, second chaired several and conducted a myriad of bench trials.
Graham focuses on building a strong rapport with his clients in his work. Aware of the anxiety that can arise for those who have never dealt with a lawsuit, he adopts a people-centered and optimistic approach, aiming to help his clients feel at ease and gain a clear understanding of their legal issues.
Graham earned his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law. He received his B.A. from Valdosta State University.
Graham is an avid music consumer and spends much of his free time attending concerts in the Atlanta area. He has recently been able to combine his passion for music with his law practice by providing legal consulting to some local Atlanta artists and performers. He also works as a volunteer with ATL Collective, a local nonprofit that works to promote Atlanta’s vibrant musical culture.
