Graham focuses his practice on the defense of individuals and businesses in civil litigation, with particular emphasis on automobile litigation, premises liability, and professional liability matters, with particular experience representing clients operating within the gig-economy framework. He represents clients at all stages of litigation, providing thoughtful analysis, strategic advocacy, and efficient case management.

Graham has diverse experience with large and small defense firms, and as in-house counsel for an insurance company.  As a result, he has developed a well-rounded and realistic perspective on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and the practical considerations of the current litigation process.  In addition to that, Graham has extensive courtroom experience, including serving as lead counsel in jury trials in Atlanta and surrounding areas.  He has also second-chaired multiple jury trials and handled numerous bench trials.

 Graham is committed to maintaining strong professional relationships with his clients and ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the life of a case. He understands that litigation can present significant challenges for individuals and businesses alike and works to provide steady guidance, timely advice, and practical solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.

Graham earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Valdosta State University.

Outside of his legal practice, Graham is active in Atlanta’s music community. He provides legal consulting services to local artists and performers and volunteers with ATL Collective, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting Atlanta’s music culture.
