A determined litigator with a passion for advocacy, Elizabeth represents clients in disputes involving products liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation. Her experience in addressing complex legal landscapes has equipped her to provide guidance to her clients as they navigate federal and state litigation in Georgia, Alabama, and nationally. Elizabeth’s diverse practice includes some of the world’s largest heavy equipment manufacturers and power management companies. 

Elizabeth is collaborative and results-oriented. She enjoys working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop a defense that meets their legal and strategic objectives. She is known for clear communication, a fearless attitude, and the ability to translate complex legal issues into actionable steps. Elizabeth is always thinking ahead – whether it be navigating pre-suit issues or complex litigation. 

In addition to her defense work, Elizabeth is an active member of the Birmingham Bar Association, having been selected to participate in the Future Leaders Forum. She has a heart for service and community, serving on the board of the Ballet Guild of Birmingham. 

After graduating from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in international economics and Spanish, Elizabeth earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. At Emory, Elizabeth honed her interest in the legal system by serving as the Director in Chief of the Mock Trial Team, placing in numerous national trial competitions, and interning for the Federal Trade Commission. 

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family on Lake Martin and field training her two labs, Boone and Horace Greeley, for bird hunts.
