Cullen Davis is an attorney at Marsh Atkinson & Brantley, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation defense. He represents insurance companies, corporations, and individuals, guiding clients through the challenges of litigation with diligence and care.

Cullen understands that being named in a lawsuit can be an uncomfortable and stressful experience. He strives to make every client feel informed and at ease by maintaining open communication and a transparent approach throughout the legal process. His goal is not only to defend his clients effectively, but also to ensure they feel supported and confident at every stage.

Before joining Marsh Atkinson & Brantley, Cullen earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior to that, Cullen attended the University of Georgia for his undergraduate degree where he received a degree in Journalism. While in law school, Cullen was the president of the Deans Ambassadors, which represented the law school at numerous events with distinguished members of the legal community. Furthermore, Cullen was also invited to become a member of the Gridiron Secret Society while enrolled in law school, and he is very active in that organization today.

Outside of his practice, Cullen enjoys spending time on the lake and playing golf. He is also a dedicated sports fan, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs during football season and following Arsenal in the English Premier League.
