Benjamin “Ben” J. Yancey is a litigation partner specializing in the defense of complex product liability, premises liability, and personal injury claims.  He represents a diverse range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, motor carriers, retailers, restaurants, and insurers. He is dedicated to keeping clients informed throughout litigation, emphasizing transparency and tailoring his strategy to meet each client’s unique needs. 

With particular expertise in trucking and transportation litigation, Ben regularly defends motor carriers, truck drivers, and their insurers from liability claims.  His comprehensive understanding of both federal and state regulations governing the transportation industry allows him to effectively navigate the complexities of these cases, from pre-litigation risk management to trial.  

In addition to litigating, Ben is a leader of the Firm’s rapid response team, providing 24/7 support to clients involved in major accidents, delivering timely, strategic counsel to mitigate exposure and safeguard their interests.

Ben earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law and holds dual degrees in finance and political science from the University of Georgia. Outside of his practice, he enjoys fishing, playing golf, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
